Vocational Skills are in very short supply currently and with some 600,000 people leaving the world of work, post pandemic and taking early retirement, the cost of employment is rising, and Businesses are seriously considering how they can protect and project their organisations into the future. Government has become quite serious with their expectation that Students receive “Work Experience” alongside education, as they embark upon the launch of their new qualification “T Levels” and are also encouraging schools to connect more closely with businesses as a result. This provides Employers and businesses like yours the perfect opportunity to help the next generation with identifying a Career path and to find Employment with organisations just like yours!
